Who we are
An introduction service
Window Fitters is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one window company that covers your county. They survey, price the job in writing, fit the windows and deal with you directly. We don't fit windows ourselves.
How we check facts
Every price on the site links to the page it came from and was read on 3 November 2026: SEAI's own records of what grant-funded window jobs cost, and Irish window firms' published prices (Expert Windows & Doors, BuildTech, Airtight Window Systems and Kenny Windows), with press and guide figures where they add something. We quote them as they're given, say when VAT isn't stated, and show where they disagree. Rules come from the primary source: SEAI for the grant, Revenue for VAT, NSAI for window ratings, and the Planning and Development Act 2000 for planning. County figures are our sums from the SEAI BER register and CSO Census 2022, and heating degree days are our calculation from Met Éireann's 1991–2020 1 km grid. Where a number is our sum or multiplication, the page says so.
The SEAI windows grant itself is covered in full on our sister site, windowgrants.ie.
We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of jobs we didn't do. The photo preview is made by AI and labelled as one.
